Spring Conference Registration

To register online just fill out the form below and submit it. You will be receiving an email invoice for the total amount due back with in a few days. This email invoice will link you to PayPal's secure site where you will be able to pay with any major credit card or your PayPal account if you have one.

Those of you submit your registration form by February 10th will be charged at the discounted Early Bird rate, regardless of when you receive the invoice for payment. Final date for Meal RSVP's is February 17th.

Menu: Baked Herb Chicken Breast or Smoked Brisket, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Honey Dijon Carrots, Green Salad w/ 2 salad dressings, Rolls & Sweet Cream Butter and Iced Tea, Coffee No Host Bar - Beer and Wine Only for the reception.

Menu: Sandwich Bar with assorted breads, deli meats and cheeses served with a variety of condiments, Soup Macaroni Salad and Iced Tea or Coffee

Menu: Penne Pasta with Chicken and Broccoli in a Creamy White Alfredo Sauce or Spaghetti Bolognese Garlic Bread Green Salad w/ 2 salad dressings Iced Tea, Coffee
